Home Instead – Mitchell, SD
Home Instead is urgently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home health team. This role combines in‑home skilled nursing, patient assessments, and community outreach to help grow our services across the Mitchell area.
Hours- 40
Monday thur Friday 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities
Home health nursing visits, skilled care, and care plan management
Patient assessments and documentation
Client and family education
Coordination with physicians and healthcare providers
Outreach to clinics, hospitals, social workers, and referral sources
Community events, networking, and relationship building
Qualifications
Active South Dakota RN or LPN license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization and time management
Valid driver’s license
Home health or outreach experience preferred
