Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour day shifts
- 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Requirements & Skills
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in long-term care nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Proficient in documentation and electronic health records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Assess patients’ health status and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record residents’ condition and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Educate patients and families about health maintenance and disease management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska
- Prior long-term care experience is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning

This position is offered through Quick2Hire staffing agency, providing you with a dedicated recruiter to support your needs and paid on a weekly basis.
