Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living under the supervision of the care team
- Provide supportive, compassionate care while maintaining patient dignity and comfort
- Support daily care routines and basic comfort needs during night shifts
- Help maintain a safe environment and follow facility care and safety procedures
- Communicate relevant observations to the nursing team during shift changes
