Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient endocrinology setting
- Assist with patient intake, vitals, and clinical documentation
- Support clinical workflows by preparing for patient visits and coordinating routine follow-ups
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols and provider orders
- Educate patients on care plans, medication use, and follow-up expectations
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Communicate patient needs and updates to the care team to support safe, coordinated care
Requirements
- Current RN licensure
- Ability to provide patient-focused nursing care in an outpatient clinic environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
