Responsibilities
- Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures according to clinical protocols and physician orders.
- Prepare patients for imaging, explain the procedure as appropriate, and ensure comfort and safety.
- Operate CT/X-ray equipment safely, ensuring proper patient positioning and image quality.
- Verify requisitions and patient information prior to imaging.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support timely study completion for clinical teams.
- Follow infection control and radiation safety practices at all times.
Requirements
- ARRT certification (CT and/or X-ray credentials as applicable to the role).
- Active state licensure/registration as required for practice in Wisconsin (where applicable).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience working as a CT/X-ray technologist in a clinical setting.
- Ability to safely position patients and operate imaging equipment while maintaining image quality.
