Fall River Health Services –Hot Springs, SD
Full-Time | 40 hrs/week + Rotating Saturdays
The Salary for this position starts at $27.00-$30.00 based on years of experience

What You’ll Do:
Prepare exam rooms and assist providers with exams and minor procedures
Take vitals, review medical history, and document patient encounters
Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments per provider orders
Support Vaccines for Children and other immunization programs
Provide patient education, help with referrals, and assist with charting/prep
Handle triage calls, manage patient flow, and respond to urgent needs
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and staff
Use clinical judgment to support safe and efficient care delivery
Support emergency preparedness and respond professionally under pressure
What You Bring:
Current RN or LPN license (South Dakota or compact)
Strong clinical assessment skills and understanding of triage process
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused, patient-first environment
Comfortable using EMRs and patient care equipment (training provided if needed)
Professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to confidentiality

Education/Experience/ Lincensure:
Education commensurate with requirements of licensure.
Must have a current RN or LPN license issued by the South Dakota Board of Nursing.
Experience working in a clinic setting preferred.
Experience and knowledge of EPIC preferred.
Must have or obtain BLS certification within 90 days of employment.
