Terms of Service

Last updated: August 5, 2026

Please read carefully. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Quick2Hire. They cover your use of our website and job board, and they include a limitation of liability (Section 13) and an agreement to resolve disputes by arbitration on an individual basis (Section 16).

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of quick2hire.io (the "Site"), our job board, our free tools, and our healthcare staffing services (together, the "Services"), operated by Quick2Hire ("Quick2Hire," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a facility, staffing agency, or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Separate signed agreements — a client service agreement, agency partner agreement, or employment/assignment contract — take precedence over these Terms to the extent they conflict.

2. The Services

Quick2Hire provides per diem/PRN, local, travel, and permanent healthcare staffing, together with:

  • a public job board listing our own openings alongside roles sourced from client facilities, vendor management systems (VMS), and public job aggregators;
  • candidate sourcing, screening, credentialing support, and submission to hiring facilities;
  • shift scheduling and assignment management for placed professionals;
  • free public tools and reference content for healthcare professionals.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Services. To be placed in a role, you must additionally be legally authorised to work in the United States and hold the licences, certifications, and clearances that the role requires.

4. Accounts and Security

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information, to keep your credentials confidential, to be responsible for all activity under your account, and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe has been used in breach of these Terms.

5. Candidate Terms

  • Accuracy: you warrant that the information you give us — including your résumé, work history, licences, certifications, and eligibility to work — is true, current, and complete. Misrepresenting credentials in healthcare staffing is a serious matter and grounds for immediate removal from our roster and for notification to affected clients.
  • Credential maintenance: you are responsible for keeping your licences, certifications, and health and compliance records current, and for telling us promptly of any lapse, restriction, sanction, or disciplinary action.
  • Submission consent: by applying to a role you authorise us to share your profile and supporting documentation with the facility, employer, or agency partner hiring for it, and to verify the credentials you have provided.
  • No guarantee of placement: applying, registering, or being submitted for a role does not guarantee an interview, an offer, a shift, or continued work. Hiring decisions rest with the hiring facility or employer.
  • Assignment terms: pay rates, shift commitments, cancellation policies, and the nature of the employment relationship for any placement are set out in the assignment or employment documentation you sign for that placement — not in these Terms. Nothing on the Site is an offer of employment.

6. Client Facility and Agency Partner Terms

  • You are solely responsible for your hiring decisions and for complying with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination (including EEOC guidance), wage and hour, healthcare, and licensing laws.
  • Job orders and requisitions you submit must be genuine, lawful, and accurately described, including location, pay, shift pattern, and required credentials.
  • Candidate information we provide is confidential, must be used only to evaluate that candidate for the role it was submitted for, and must be handled in line with applicable privacy law.
  • Fees, placement rates, conversion terms, guarantee periods, and payment terms are governed by your signed client service or partner agreement.
  • You may not circumvent Quick2Hire by engaging a candidate we introduced outside the terms of that agreement.

7. Job Listings and Third-Party Content

Our job board includes listings sourced from client facilities, VMS platforms, and public job aggregators alongside our own openings. We do not control, and do not independently verify, the content of third-party listings. We make no warranty that any listing is current, accurate, complete, or that the role is still open. Applying to a third-party listing may take you to, or pass your details to, another organisation whose own terms and privacy policy then apply. Report an inaccurate or suspicious listing to hire@quick2hire.io and we will review it.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or discriminatory purpose;
  • post or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fake job listings or falsified credentials;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download job listings, candidate data, or other content except as expressly permitted by our robots.txt, or use automated means to create accounts or submit applications;
  • send unsolicited commercial messages to candidates, employers, or our staff;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, probe or test their security, or interfere with their operation;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Services or their underlying software;
  • upload malware or any code intended to damage or disrupt the Services;
  • impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.

9. Text Messaging and Communications

By giving us your phone number and email address, you consent to receive communications from us about your applications, submissions, shifts, and credentials by email, SMS, and phone. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for assistance, and use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of applying for or being placed in a role. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site, the Services, and their content — including text, tools, calculators, design, graphics, and the Quick2Hire name and logo — are owned by Quick2Hire or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose: finding work, hiring healthcare professionals, or partnering with us. All other rights are reserved.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including your résumé and profile. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and share that content as needed to provide the Services, including submitting you to hiring facilities and partners.

11. Free Tools

Our free tools — including licence and compact-state checkers and any calculators we publish — are provided for general information only. They are not legal, tax, immigration, financial, or professional licensing advice. Licensure rules and pay data change; always confirm anything that matters with the relevant state board, employer, or a qualified professional before acting on it.

12. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick2Hire disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that job listings are accurate or current, or that use of the services will result in employment, a placement, or a hire.

Quick2Hire is not the employer of record for candidates placed with client facilities unless expressly agreed in writing for a specific assignment. We do not control the conditions, safety, or conduct of any workplace we place professionals into, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any facility, employer, agency partner, or candidate.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick2Hire and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost earnings, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the services, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the services will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us, or we paid you, in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quick2Hire and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights — including any claim arising from information you provided to us that was false or misleading.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misrepresent your credentials, or use the Services in a way that risks harm to candidates, clients, or us. Sections 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17 survive termination.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, seated in Delaware. You and Quick2Hire each agree to bring claims only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. Where applicable law makes any part of this section unenforceable, that part is severed and the remainder continues to apply.

Nothing in this section limits any right you have to raise a complaint with a government agency or regulator.

17. General

  • Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service, partner, or assignment agreement, form the whole agreement between us on this subject.
  • Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, give notice on the Site or by email. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
