About This Position
Job Summary
Palm Health is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Trauma Non-Surgical Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join dynamic trauma care team. This role involves providing comprehensive non-surgical management for trauma patients within a Level I or Level II trauma center setting.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for trauma patients
Manage non-surgical trauma admissions, consultations, and follow-up care
Coordinate care with trauma surgeons, intensivists, nursing staff, and ancillary services
Order and interpret diagnostic studies
Schedule
3 x12s (Day or Night Shifts Open)
Qualifications
Current certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
Trauma, acute care, emergency medicine, or critical care experience preferred
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
