The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting a comfortable and respectful environment. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our residents, many of whom may have special needs such as dementia or mobility challenges. Prior experience in long-term care, home care, or assisted living settings is highly valued. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities. Must have a current CNA license.

Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently for documentation purposes

Physical ability to lift, transfer, or reposition residents using Hoyer lifts or similar equipment

Valid driver’s license preferred for transportation duties
