About the Role
Ankle & Foot Specialists of Puget Sound is seeking a dependable and compassionate Medical Assistant or CNA to join our Bellevue/Factoria clinic. We are a growing private podiatry practice with multiple locations throughout the Puget Sound area, focused on high-quality patient care and strong team collaboration.
This role may begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the practice continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
Room patients and obtain vitals with a warm, professional approach
Accurately document chief complaints, medications, and histories in our EHR (NextGen experience helpful but not required)
Assist providers during procedures and in-office treatments
Support X-ray setup and processing (training provided)
Maintain exam room cleanliness and restock supplies between patients
Assist with sterilization processes and autoclave maintenance
Manage medical supply inventory and ordering
Coordinate orthotics and device pickups
Triage clinical calls from patients, providers, and pharmacies
Cross-train in limited front office duties to support clinic flow
Qualifications
We welcome applicants with any of the following credentials:
Medical Assistant – Registered (MA-R)
Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C)
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Additional preferences:
Previous outpatient or medical office experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Compassionate patient care mindset
Reliable attendance and strong communication
