About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work 12-hour shifts without weekend requirements, allowing you to balance your professional career with personal time. Whether you prefer day shifts or night shifts, we have openings to fit your schedule.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor residents’ health status and promptly communicate changes to the care team and physicians
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and organizational standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident-centered care
Support and mentor nursing assistants and other team members to ensure quality outcomes
Uphold infection control, safety, and compliance standards at all times
Qualifications
Current RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
Prior long-term care or acute care experience preferred, but not required
