About the Role:
As an LPN at Emerald Nursing & Rehab Cozad, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized nursing care to our residents. Your duties will include:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Conducting vital signs and documenting resident information
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Providing emotional support and encouragement to residents and families
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
Current LPN license in the State of Nebraska
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in long-term care or gerontological nursing preferred
