We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Trauma Non-Surgical ACNP or PA-C to join a high-performing multidisciplinary trauma service dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Schedule: Self scheduling 3x 12-hour shifts; Days and Nights with No Call Requirement!
Position Highlights:

Collaborative trauma and critical care team
Manage complex trauma patients across the continuum of care

Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for trauma patients
Manage non-surgical trauma admissions, consultations, and follow-up care
Coordinate care with trauma surgeons, intensivists, nursing staff, and ancillary services
Order and interpret diagnostic studies
Perform procedures within scope of practice
Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and discharge planning
Provide patient and family education
Qualifications:
Current certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
Active state licensure or eligibility
Trauma, acute care, emergency medicine, or critical care experience preferred
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
ATLS certification preferred
