Your Role
· Perform comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
· Perform cosmetic injectable treatments within your scope of practice.
· Perform laser and energy-based aesthetic procedures.
· Provide regenerative medicine and wellness therapies, including IV therapy when appropriate.
· Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, wellness therapies, and long-term treatment planning.
· Develop lasting patient relationships built on trust, education, and exceptional clinical outcomes.
· Maintain complete and accurate medical documentation.
· Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver a seamless luxury patient experience.
· Practice in accordance with California regulations and evidence-based clinical standards.
Qualifications
· Current California Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing.
· Current DEA registration and furnishing number (NP) or applicable prescribing authority.
· Minimum of two years of clinical experience; medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic medicine experience.
· Experience performing cosmetic injectables required.
· Experience with laser and energy-based aesthetic devices.
· Strong consultation, assessment, and patient education skills.
· Confidence developing comprehensive treatment plans based on each patient's goals and clinical needs.
· Professional, polished, patient-focused demeanor.
· Excellent communication skills with sound clinical judgment.
· Experience using electronic medical records (EMR).
