Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Telemetry
Location: Silverdale, WA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Position Type: Contract
Shift: 12-Hour Day Shifts
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a busy Telemetry unit in Silverdale, WA. The ideal candidate will have prior hospital experience and be dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care while supporting the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Obtain and document vital signs and report changes in patient condition
Assist nurses with patient care and monitoring
Support patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights
Accurately document patient care activities
Follow infection control and patient safety protocols
Required Certifications
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
Qualifications
Hospital experience is required
Active CNA Certification
Previous Telemetry or acute care experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Graduate of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
