About This Position
Position Summary: Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Attestation Reviewer (Contractor) We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide periodic clinical oversight for phlebotomy students. This role is limited in scope and requires attendance 1-3 times per month to review student competencies and sign off on required clinical attestations. This is an ideal opportunity for an RN seeking a low-commitment, flexible schedule.
Location: 3400 188th St, Suite 220, Lynnwood, WA 98037
Compensation: Contract rate of $50/hour
Schedule:
1–3 visits per month
4 hour periods, must attend final day for each session of the following times 9a-1p, 6p-10p, and one Saturday afternoon 12:30p-4:30p
Schedule coordinated a month in advance
Key Responsibilities:
Review student clinical competencies related to phlebotomy skills
Verify completion of required procedures and documentation
Sign off on student attestation forms in accordance with program and regulatory requirements
Ensure that student performance meets established clinical standards of the phlebotomy curriculum.
Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of operation
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (phlebotomy or related experience preferred)
Strong understanding of venipuncture procedures and safety protocols
Ability to assess clinical competency and documentation accurately
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Work Environment:
On-site at assigned training location
Minimal physical demand; primarily observation

This role does not involve direct instruction or full classroom teaching
No grading, lesson planning, or curriculum delivery required
Designed as a compliance and quality assurance support role
Pay: $50.00 per hour
