The main job duty of an MDS coordinator is to manage patient care, so they have several responsibilities that they perform to help ensure quality care. Here are some job duties an MDS coordinator may do:
Qualifications:
- RN (LPN will work but we prefer RN).
- 3 to 5 years’ experience as an MDS Coordinator

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
