We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN to join a respected Long Term Care facility in Miller, SD.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to residents. You will assist with medication administration, perform nursing assessments, implement care plans, monitor resident health, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being, safety, and comfort of residents on a daily basis.

Compensation for Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN:

Pay Starting At: $82,368+/year equivalent

Weekly Pay – Paid Via Direct Deposit every Friday morning while on assignment!

Schedule:

Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

36 Hours Projected Hrs.

13 Week Assignment with possibility of multiple extensions

Available Locations:

Miller, SD

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN:

Active South Dakota LPN License or Compact LPN License

Minimum of one (1) year of Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation experience preferred

Strong clinical and assessment skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.

Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly to the Registered Nurse or physician.

Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.

Complete accurate and timely documentation of resident care and treatments.

Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) while promoting high-quality resident care.

Provide compassionate nursing care while ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and safety.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive resident outcomes.
