Full-Time & Part-Time Days: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Evenings: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Participation in the Sanford Health Plan offering an 80/20 coverage plan with a $2,500 or $4,000 deductible. Health Savings Account $4,500 high deductible plan is also available. Single Policy at no cost to employee.
Sick Time: accumulates for each hour paid over 40 hours per pay period
Holidays: Pioneer Memorial recognizes six holidays
Vacation Time: accrued based on years of service and hours paid in a pay period
Personal Time: based on years of service
Life Insurance: paid at one times the employee's annual salary. Additional insurance is available at employee's expense.
Retirement Plan: Eligible for employer match of 3% after 1 year of employment & criteria met.
