Key Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients on the Medical-Surgical (MS) unit
Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and assist with procedures
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and follow individualized care plans
Educate patients and families, ensuring comprehension and comfort during treatments
Document patient care accurately utilizing electronic health records
Adhere to safety and infection control policies at all times
Qualifications
Active RN license, in good standing
Minimum of one year’s experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred
Strong clinical skills and ability to respond effectively in urgent situations
Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient education abilities
Current BLS certification (additional certifications may be preferred)
