About This Position
Lubbock, TX | $22–$25/hour | 9:00 PM–12:00 AM | PRN | Weekly Pay
BrightStar Care is looking for a compassionate and dependable LVN to provide one-on-one private-duty care during a 3-hour evening shift.
This is a structured and routine shift with a supportive and loving family. The patient is able to assist with transfers and will guide you through his established nighttime routine.
What You’ll Do
Assist with the patient's evening medications and bedtime routine
Assist with transfers using a transfer board
Reposition the patient for comfort and safety
Assist with hand, wrist, leg, and toe stretches
Provide urinary drainage bag care and monitor for blockage
Assist with CPAP setup and use
Occasionally assist with suprapubic catheter changes
Occasionally assist with toileting
Perform routine comfort and safety checks
Follow the patient's established nighttime care routine
What You Need to Join Our Team
Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license
Minimum 1 year of documented experience
Med-Surg or home health experience preferred, but willing to train
Current BLS-CPR certification
Reliable and compassionate approach to patient care
