About This Position
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing night shift care in a skilled nursing and assisted living setting. Responsible for direct patient care, medication administration, and documentation while maintaining a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and care staff to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate documentation and support resident safety and comfort
Qualifications:
Active Nebraska LPN license
Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience
Strong clinical and communication skills
