What You'll Do
Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing setting.
Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered therapies while ensuring resident safety.
Perform resident assessments, monitor changes in condition, and communicate findings to providers and the interdisciplinary team.
Accurately document care and maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and rehabilitation staff to deliver exceptional resident-centered care.
Educate residents and families while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Qualifications
Active South Dakota LPN License or Compact Nursing License
Minimum 1 year of recent Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab experience
Strong medication administration, assessment, and documentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
