As a CNA at Augusta Health & Rehabilitation, you will play an important role in providing quality care, comfort, and support to our residents while being part of a team that values compassion, teamwork, and respect.
Position Details:
NOC Shift
Pay: $21.00/hour
1 Full Time and 1 Part Time opportunity available
Must be available to work scheduled shifts, including every other weekend and rotating holidays
Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while making a difference every day
CNA Responsibilities Include:
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and comfort needs
Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
Assist with meals, hydration, and other resident needs throughout the shift
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
Document care provided according to facility standards
Work collaboratively with nurses and the healthcare team to provide excellent resident care
What We’re Looking For:
Current Wisconsin CNA certification
Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
Compassionate approach when caring for others
Ability to work independently while remaining part of a supportive team
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment
