About This Position
Wegner Auto Company is a family owned business established in 1907 and is South Dakota's Oldest Auto Dealer. We are searching for motivated individuals with excellent people skills to serve the automotive needs of our customers. Automotive sales experience is not necessary but sales or customer service experience is helpful. Willing to train the right candidate. We offer ongoing training to keep you up to date on the latest product knowledge and incentive options that will help you present products and services to our clients and help build customers for life.
Responsibilities:
Demonstration and presentation of our products and services to existing and new clients.
Follow-up with sold and unsold customers.
Comprehensive annual training and ongoing support.
Professional appearance
Prospecting, selling and follow up
Maintain customer relationship software (CRM) maintain follow-up for repeat and referral business and for customer satisfaction
Excellent communication skills
Some evening, holiday and weekend work hours will be required
Remerchandising inventory, displays and lot cleanup
Attend Sales Meetings
Know and understand federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or higher education
Clean driving record
Valid driver’s license
Retail sales experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
A positive and winning attitude.
