About This Position
The Garrison is currently hiring a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our skilled nursing facility.
Status: PRN
Qualifications:
Texas RN or LVN license is required

The Garrison is located on 4th street North of VA Medical Center across from UHC Medical center on the Texas Tech campus. We offer memory care, short-term and long-term Skilled Nursing Care and Physical Therapy services. We feature 120 beds in both private and semi-private settings.
