Village Concepts of Enumclaw, High Point Village is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated RN or LPN to join our team in providing care and support to our residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who values relationship-based care, teamwork, and creating a positive impact in the lives of seniors and their families. This position is perfect for individuals who prefer hands-on, day-to-day involvement.
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9:30am-6pm

Responsibilities:
Provide nursing oversight and support for residents and families
Monitor resident health, assessments, and care plans
Oversee the administration of medications and treatments as ordered
Collaborate with caregivers, families, physicians, and leadership team
Support and mentor Wellness staff to ensure quality resident care
Promote a safe, compassionate, and engaging environment for residents
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license, unencumbered
Passion for working with seniors, including residents with dementia and memory loss
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
Experience in senior living, long-term care, or memory care preferred, but not required
