13-Week Contract | 12-Hour Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

    What You'll Do

  • Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing setting.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered therapies while ensuring resident safety.
  • Perform resident assessments, monitor changes in condition, and communicate findings to providers and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Accurately document care and maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and rehabilitation staff to deliver exceptional resident-centered care.
  • Educate residents and families while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

    Qualifications

  • Active South Dakota LPN License or Compact Nursing License
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab experience
  • Strong medication administration, assessment, and documentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
