CNA – Crisis Care Center

Do you enjoy working in a meaningful and mission-driven environment? Join our integrated medical team to support clients as they stabilize from a behavioral health crisis.

We are hiring LPNs for the following shifts – Please note the shift(s) you are applying for when you submit your application:

CNA Day Shift – Sunday – Tuesday/Wednesday rotating 3x12/4x12 schedule

CNA Day Shift – Wednesday/Thursday – Saturday rotating 3x12/4x12 schedule

CNA Night Shift – Sunday – Tuesday/Wednesday rotating 3x12/4x12 schedule

CNA Night Shift – Wednesday/Thursday – Saturday rotating 3x12/4x12 schedule

Build and maintain supportive, trusting relationships with residents through ongoing communication and engagement.

Monitor and document residents’ health by observing conditions and taking vital signs as directed.

Report changes in condition, health concerns, or refusal of care promptly to nursing staff.

Assist residents with daily living activities (e.g., toileting, meals, mobility, and activities) according to care plans.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, including housekeeping tasks and proper use of emergency equipment.

Hourly - Hourly Plan, 25.00 USD Hourly
