Aegis Living Ballard is looking for a Nurse to provide quality clinical oversight to our residents.

The Wellness Nurse is an integral member of our nursing team, contributing health care expertise to promote an environment of optimal healthy living for our residents. Our Nurses will provide their clinical expertise to our senior residents with ongoing assessments and monitoring their health and wellbeing.
What You Will Do:
· Hands-on nursing care
· Monitoring resident changes of condition
· Wound care
· Medication Management
· Communication and coordination with the team, families and health care providers
· Conduct ancillary assessments such as fall risk assessments, skin assessments, pain assessments, cognitive assessments.
· Communicate care plan changes to the community team.
· Audit and update the electronic health records including eMAR
· Maintain accurate resident health records.
· Assist with incident investigations.
· Assist with infection control practices.
· Assist with on-going monitoring of our seniors.
