Duties
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
Document all patient interactions thoroughly in medical records ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.
Light Housekeeping and meal preparation
Medication reminders
Provide companionship and personal care assistance
Requirements
Valid CNA certification/license required
Strong communication skills coupled with compassion and patience for providing exceptional patient service.
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights or weekends if required
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers (some cases)
Preferred
Reliable transportation
Able to work nights
