Join the \"Best in the Pacific NW\" (2023–2025) team! We are currently hiring caregivers with a valid driver’s license who are open to flexible 2–6 hour shifts and comfortable providing transportation, companionship, and in-home care support.
This role is ideal for caregivers who want flexibility, variety, and the ability to build their own schedule by stacking shifts.

Pay & Benefits
$21.30–$23/hr base pay + $2–$5/hr shift premiums
Earn up to $28/hr depending on shift type
Paid drive time between clients
Mileage reimbursement
Flexible scheduling (variable hours)

Schedule
2–6 hour shifts (primary shift length)
Morning, midday, and evening availability
Ability to stack multiple shifts in one day
Great for supplemental income or flexible caregiving work
Caregiver/Driver Responsibilities
Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meals, light housekeeping, and personal care
Support clients in maintaining independence and daily routines
Communicate with the care team and follow care plans
Requirements
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle (required)
Comfortable providing care and transportation services
Caregiving experience preferred (6+ months a plus, not required)
CNA/HCA preferred or willingness to obtain certification within 200 days
Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling and communication
