Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities
Full-Time: 72+ hours per 2 week pay period
Part-Time: 16+ hours per 2 week pay period
Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!
AM: 5:00am-1:30am or 6:00am-2:30pm
PM: 2:00pm-10:30pm
NOC: 10:00pm-6:30am
Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of top notch healthcare professionals at Riverside Transitional Care facility, our 5-Star skilled nursing facility in La Crosse, WI that focuses on the rehabilitation and memory care of up to 123 residents.
If you're just starting out in this industry, we look forward to providing you an experience that trains on all aspects of the job, including dementia specific training.
What You’ll Do
Assist and enhance the day to day lives of our residents through compassionate care and creating a positive atmosphere
Perform personal cares, transportation to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, and a variety of other tasks
Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being
What You’ll Need
Certified Nursing Assistant, active on the Wisconsin CNA Registry

Our Wages
Part-Time Starting Rate: $20.00+ per hour, based on your experience and qualifications
Full-Time Starting Rate: $22.00+ per hour, based on your experience and qualifications
Shift Differentials include: PM $1.65 per hour, NOC $3.00 per hour, Weekend Diff
Plus on-call pay, and pick up incentives available.
Regular wage reviews – we pay for high performance!
