We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our outpatient health clinic team. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong work ethic, commitment to patient care, and a willingness to be a supportive team member. Your primary responsibilities will include providing clinical and administrative support to healthcare professionals, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, and delivering high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures.
Vital Signs Monitoring: Accurately measure and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
Medical Documentation: Update and maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Clinical Support: Prepare examination rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure the clinic is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, provide clear instructions, and ensure a comfortable and respectful environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Work Ethic: Consistently show up on time, complete tasks efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant or CNA program is desired.
Certification: Current certification as a Medical Assistant or CNA is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in an outpatient clinic or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
