We are currently hiring for a Full time Shower Aide includes a $5,000 Sign on Bonus
About the Role: Showers are a critical part of the caring and healing process for our residents—a chance to treat them with gentleness and dignity. Residents often share how much this means to them and how it makes them feel better. If you have a heart for care and want to make a meaningful difference, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate showering and bathing assistance to residents
Assist with transferring and lifting residents safely
Follow all tasks and care plans as assigned by a licensed nurse
Maintain a respectful and supportive environment for residents
Washington State Department of Health Certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA-C)
Good oral and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Experience as a nursing assistant
Able to lift, move or assist patients using proper body mechanics
Able to occasionally lift or push up to 50 lbs. and pull up to 100 lbs
