About This Position
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Aide Floater includes a $1,500 sign on bonus to join our team in Seattle. This unique, full-time position provides flexibility and variety, as you will support clients across different locations within the King County area. As a floater, you’ll step in where needed to ensure continuity of care and exceptional service for our patients.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Follow individualized care plans and report changes in client condition.
Travel between client homes within the King County area as assigned.
Requirements
Current CNA or HCA certification in Washington State
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Ability to travel throughout Seattle and surrounding areas.
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient attitude.
Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred.
The ideal candidate is comfortable providing care in homes with pets.
