About This Position

HoriSun Hospice is seeking an RN Case Manager to serve hospice patients in Lincoln and our surrounding service area (Seward, Milford and Crete). This may be a part-time or full-time position that will additionally serve in our on-call rotation. This position is responsible for providing nursing care and case management to our hospice patients and their families. At HoriSun Hospice, we believe in promoting quality of life and helping those that are terminally ill to live their final days with dignity and comfort.
