Northwest Kidney Centers seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager For our Hospital Services Team
Shift: Full-time, Variable Days Sunday through Saturday 0800-1700, plus on call rotation
Purpose
Under general direction by the Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager utilizes the nursing process to prescribe, prioritize, delegate, and provide safe, therapeutic allocation of resources to patients/families. The ANM makes independent judgments and decisions, and acts regarding a wide range of routine and complex staffing and department workflow issues. The ANM collaborates with the appropriate disciplines to coordinate continuity of patient care.
Shift: Full-time, 40 hours/wk, Mon-Fri
The ideal candidate will:
Deliver high-quality dialysis care
Utilize effective problem-sovlving and communication
Improve processes and the work environment
Required qualifications
Equivalent of Associate or Baccalaureate degree with a Nursing major
Current Registered Nursing license in the state of Washington
Preferred qualifications
One year of previous nursing experience
Prior dialysis experience
