About This Position
Position: Interim Apheresis Clinical Manager
Location: Seattle, WA
Snapshot:
Lead the Apheresis program with oversight of 12 FTEs
Oversee staffing, scheduling, quality, regulatory compliance, and daily department operations
Partner with transplant, cellular therapy, and laboratory leadership
Participate in the leadership on-call rotation
Ideal Candidate:
Previous apheresis leadership experience required
FACT accreditation experience required
RN required
Strong background in transfusion medicine, blood banking, or cellular therapy
Interim Leadership at Aya Healthcare:
26-week contract with potential to extend
W2 employee of Aya, paid weekly (Fridays)
Available to start in September 1, 2026
Paid housing, travel, and rental car for candidates residing 50+ miles from facility
2 paid travel days per month
