We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a full-time day shift. Our 44-bed short-term rehabilitation community offers safety-focused nurse-to-patient ratios, and a collaborative leadership team that truly supports one another.

Position Summary
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) partners with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care throughout our 44-bed rehabilitation community. This role combines hands-on clinical leadership, staff mentorship, and operational oversight while helping foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide mentorship, guidance, and visible leadership support to nursing staff. Part of your time is spent working side by side with our floor staff. We are present leaders, and this helps us identify process and training areas where we can do even better.
Your leadership and ability to teach in the moment are essestial to our teams success. Be confident in your skills and share that confidence!
Assist with clinical oversight, patient assessments, and care coordination
Monitor patient conditions and ensure timely communication with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
Promote patient dignity, safety, and individualized care
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
