What You'll Do
Supervise and provide high-quality nursing care to residents
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Maintain professional nursing standards and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting safety and quality of life
What You'll Need
Active South Dakota or Compact LPN license
Strong clinical skills and excellent communication
Compassion, dependability, and a team-oriented attitude
