About This Position

Job Summary

Certified Medical Assistant Licensed Practical Nurse Certified Nursing Assistant

Looking for a motivated professional individual for clinical patient care.

Busy surgical practice looking for a team player with excellent staff and patient interactions.

Monday through Thursday with occasional Fridays. Weekends and Holidays off. Flex hours, 32-40 weekly in Spring/Summer and 40+ weekly in Fall/Winter. Hours are determined by patient schedule.

Generous 401k.

Previous hospital/clinic 2 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and support as a Certified Medical Assistant/LPN/CNA across clinic and hospital settings, including basic life support, patient assessment, and care coordination.

Perform medical administrative tasks, schedule appointments, manage EHR entries, and assist with medical office workflows.

Support pharmacology administration, patient education, and discharge instructions while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Assist with vein care, or hospital medicine workflows as needed, including outpatient coordination.

Maintain high standards of patient service, privacy, and documentation; collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure efficient care delivery.

Wisconsin Vein Center is a small privately owned clinic, all staff are responsible for contributing to the cleaniness and care of the clinic.

Clincal staff are responsable for sterilization of surgical tools and items needed for procedures.

Clinical staff must keep appropriate stock and inventory of medical resrouces.

Is responsible for drawing up medication.

Must be able to assist the doctor in vein procedures.

Has the ability to prep and set up for sterile procedures.

Have a willingness and dedication to assist the doctor in aesthetic consultations and learn how to properly use the laser for IPL cosmetic treatments offered at the clinic.
