Location: Lubbock, TX

Shift: Mids | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Schedule: 5×8
Guaranteed Hours: 32 Hours/Week
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience with medication administration, treatments, and advanced nursing procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients.
Administer medications and perform prescribed treatments.
Provide medication education to patients.
Complete accurate nursing documentation.
Perform computer data entry; full training will be provided.
Provide care involving gastrostomy tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, and other advanced nursing needs.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment while following facility policies and procedures.
Requirements
Active Texas LVN/LPN license required.
Minimum 1 year of direct-care nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
Experience with advanced nursing skills such as:
Gastrostomy tubes/G-tubes
Enteral feedings
Foley catheters
Tracheostomies
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Willingness to work every other weekend.
Pay: $37.00 - $42.00 per hour
