Professional Caregiver (CNA/HCA) - Hoyer Experience Needed Full-time & Part-Time | Morning Shifts Available immediately ** SAT & SUN 8AM-12PM ** ** SUN 10AM-9PM ** At Home Instead, our mission is simple: to expand the world's capacity to care. We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers with an active HCA or CNA certification to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and their families. Service Areas This position will primarily serve clients in: Primarily Kenmore and South Seattle Client Care Needs The ideal caregiver will be comfortable providing hands-on personal care and mobility assistance while promoting the client's safety, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities include:

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene assistance

Safe transfers and mobility assistance using Hoyer lift

Ambulation and transfers, including assisting the client with walking and getting in and out of bed or chairs

Light housekeeping

Pet care assistance

Monitoring and promoting client safety, comfort, and well-being

Communicating effectively and compassionately with the client, family members, and the Home Instead care team Qualifications To be considered, applicants must have:

An active HCA or CNA certification (REQUIRED)

Experience using a Hoyer lift (REQUIRED) - Please do not apply unless you have Hoyer Experience

A valid driver's license and auto insurance (preferred, but not required)

Comfortable working in a home with cats

A compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude

$22.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on shift
