What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide high-quality clinical care while supporting residents' overall well-being and helping ensure exceptional care delivery throughout the community.
Responsibilities include:
Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care within the community
Complete resident assessments and participate in care planning, interventions, and evaluations
Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop and support individualized care plans
Promote residents' highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
Provide guidance and oversight to nurse aides and medication aides as directed by the Director of Nursing
Monitor changes in resident condition and communicate updates appropriately
Support a safe, respectful, and positive care environment
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
Active, unencumbered South Dakota Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule (one day per week and every 4th weekend)
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to resident care
Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others

What You'll Do
