Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time Skilled Home Health

How You’ll Make a Difference
As a skilled RN, you’ll provide a variety of services based on each patient’s individual needs and plan of care, including:
Skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes
Patient assessments/admissions
Wound care
Medication administration
IV infusions
Communication with patients, families, physicians, and the care team
Accurate and timely clinical documentation
NO OASIS
You’ll coordinate visits directly with patients and manage your schedule while working independently in the field. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys variety, autonomy, and providing personalized care in a home health setting.
Schedule & Pay
Full-time
Monday–Friday with after-hours rotation
$1,000–$1,300 base pay plus incentive
Weekly pay
Lubbock, TX
What We’re Looking For
Current, unrestricted Texas RN license
At least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in ER, Med-Surg, acute care, or a similar setting
Current BLS/CPR certification
Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage patient visits effectively
Reliable transportation for travel between patient visits
