About This Position
Bring your ICU expertise to a new team and a new destination. Meda Health is seeking a Travel Internal Medicine (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) in multiple locations across the U.S. You will provide skilled, compassionate care to critically ill patients while expanding your experience in a high-acuity environment. Pay: up to $3,481
Responsibilities
Closely monitor critically ill patients and respond quickly to changes in their condition.
Manage ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring systems, infusion pumps, and other advanced life-support equipment.
Administer medications, blood products, IV therapies, and titrated continuous infusions.
Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, respiratory therapists, and the broader care team.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide advanced interventions to stabilize patients.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
Offer clear, compassionate communication to patients and their families during difficult moments.
Requirements
Active RN license in the assignment state or a valid Compact/Multistate RN license
At least one year of recent ICU nursing experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Confidence providing calm, attentive care in a high-acuity environment
