JAG Healthcare Harding is a 50-bed skilled nursing facility specializing in behavioral health and cognitive deficit care. Our smaller, close-knit environment allows nurses to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing individualized, person-centered care without feeling rushed from room to room. Responsibilities
(include but are not limited to):
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
Assess residents and monitor changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Assist with developing, implementing, and updating individualized resident care plans
Supervise and support STNAs while promoting teamwork and quality resident care
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Positively interact with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations
Skills & Qualifications
Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Behavioral health or long-term care experience is preferred but not required
