What You'll Do
As a Happy Quest Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one care in our clients' homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
Responsibilities include:
Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Companion care and meaningful conversation
Meal planning and preparation
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping and laundry
Transportation to appointments and errands
Assistance with walking and transfers
Dementia and Alzheimer's support
Accurate documentation of care provided
Building trusting relationships with clients and families

Qualifications
Preferred:
Current Washington HCA, CNA, or NAR credential (or willingness to obtain if applicable)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
Schedule
