Some clients have friendly pets in their homes, so being comfortable around animals is an important part of the role. Opportunities are available across Kirkland, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Redmond, Seattle, and nearby communities, with compensation of $23–$25 per hour depending on certifications and experience. Who is a Great Fit:
A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
CNA or HCA certification required
Prefer a high school degree or GED
One year or more of experience supporting older adults
Must be 18 years or older
Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
Clear background check and drug test
Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

You’ll become a trusted part of their daily routine, helping foster security, dignity, and a sense of belonging while empowering clients to continue enjoying life with greater independence, comfort, and peace of mind in their own homes.
